Under the motto #teamcalibrate we love to support our community - collectively supporting causes and individually fundraising for charities that are close to our hearts. Calibrate in the Community it all about how we fundraise, work with our communities and share our time, efforts and contributions to help and support others.  

MAKE AN IMPACT
‍At #teamcalibrate, we strive to be good corporate citizens. We achieve this by working in an ethical and responsible manner to the benefit of our colleagues, clients and the broader community.

We encourage #teamcalibrate to support charities which are significant to them. We operate a matching policy where we support colleagues to raise funds for charities, enhancing their fund-raising as a commitment to their dedication.

Wildlife conservation
‍One of our core CSR aims is to protect the wildlife with which we share the planet. Each year, we contribute to a number of different initiatives. This has included:

The Rainforest Trust

‍Giving opportunities to under-represented groups in tech
‍We want to make sure everyone with the talent has the opportunity to build a career in the technology world. This is why we offer a range of internships aimed at under-represented groups, and donate to organisations such as:

‍As well as looking after our employees’ wellbeing, we want to help the wider community. That’s why we support a number of causes close to the hearts of our people, including:

Investing in the future - Engaging and Educating Young Minds
Calibrate have partnered with universities, schools and local authorities to provide STEM based enhancement and enrichment work experience and placements to help promote and engage students to consider careers in Data.
