Our resourcing model

We are always looking for talented professionals. We resource primarily through referrals and from CalibrateTalent but we will search for and directly approach individuals who we think have the right background, skill-set and expertise for our projects and clients. Occasionally we do use third party recruiters but this is minimal due to the high quality of our Consultants and their recommendations.

Request to Recruitment Businesses
We occasionally work with external recruitment businesses. When we do, we ask that you work with us in the following way:

  • Please direct any enquiries about resourcing through our website and we will respond to you promptly. Any direct approaches to Calibrate Consulting employees or consultants may be missed or simply inappropriate and therefore enquiries are best directed through our website;
  • Please refrain from directly contacting employees of Calibrate Consulting. As you would expect we have frequent calls and emails. If we require external resourcing support, we will request it from appropriate partners;
  • We only work with our own terms of business which are standard terms across all role types. We therefore request that you do not send your own terms of business to us. For clarity, your terms of business are not deemed to be accepted by us, upon introduction of a candidate, engagement of a candidate, or by us authorising you to commence work on an assignment.
